Spyglass Media Group, formerly Spyglass Entertainment (legally Spyglass Entertainment Holdings, LLC), is an American film production and international sales company founded by Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum in 1998. Spyglass had many deals with film studios, first they signed a distribution deal with Disney for a five-year agreement.
