MPCA was founded in 1986 by longtime business partners Brad Krevoy and Steve Stabler. During the company's formative years, they produced films such as Purple People Eater (1988) with Ned Beatty; Back to Back (1989), starring Bill Paxton and Apollonia Kotero; and the sex comedy Miracle Beach (1992).
Brad is a 30 year veteran of Hollywood, producing blockbuster hits with the Farrelly brothers such as Dumb and Dumber starring Jim Carrey. He also produced Farrelly’s follow-up, Kingpin, starring Woody Harrelson and Bill Murray. Mr. Krevoy also produced Beverly Hills Ninja starring Chris Farley in his last film.
