Oundle School is a public school (English fee-charging boarding and day school) for pupils 11–18 situated in the market town of Oundle in Northamptonshire, England. The school has been governed by the Worshipful Company of Grocers of the City of London since its foundation by Sir William Laxton in 1556.

Oundle is home to around 820 boarders and 310 day pupils, which equates to a pupil population of approximately three quarters full boarding and a quarter day. In 1876, the Grocers’ Company divided the School into two parts; Laxton Grammar School and Oundle School. The school was Laxton Grammar School until 1876, when Oundle School was established separately. Visionary head FW Sanderson brought excellence in engineering in the early twentieth century, and the school has been coeducational since the early 1990s under the similarly revered David McMurray.
