The Lakeview is an iconic Toronto establishment that I cherished, and heard about for many years from my mother's childhood before experiencing it myself. The news that it is closing made me a little emotional. But in all honesty the food over the passed 5 years or so has declined in quality and portion size but has increased in cost.
