5 days ago · I register on this forum to find out if anyone already had this issue with Tascam US-16x08. I configured mine yesterday, but realized that, even with the gain knob completely turned to the left side, i still have sound on that input. When i start to raise the gain of the pre, i quickly hit peak volume.
5 days ago · Re: Tascam DA-30 mkII Problems. If you took the tray out to replace the belts like I did the problem lies in a connection. Once you have the tray back in place look at the connection to the circuit board down and to the left of the tray mechanism (if the machine is facing you). In my case that connection pulled away when I pulled up the tray.

2 days ago · The TM-D1000 is a 16 channel digital mixer. The first 8 channels have analog inputs; the last 8 have digital inputs (located on the back panel). When recording, the first 8 channels will probably be used for bringing signal into the mixer and sending it to the multitrack. The last 8 will probably be used for monitoring multitrack returns.
