You can report a power outage three different ways. Use the button below to submit your report online, report it through the Hydro Ottawa App or call our 24/7 outage line at 613-738-0188. You do not need to be a Hydro Ottawa customer to report an outage online, however you do need to log in to MyAccount to report it.
