Jan 28, 2024 · Issues are for ITV1 ONLY on both live tv and playback where it's been restarted as though it's a tv recording (I.e looks like live tv recording on q); 1) resuming a paused programme stops the tv from working. 2) rewind will often cause the tv to stop working. 3) in the rare cases rewind works if we fast forward later on it stops the tv working.

Apr 24, 2024 · Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link. It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish.
Feb 9, 2024 · David1234321. 09 Feb 2024 05:45 PM. Have been watching itv1 this afternoon and notice intermittent sound drops. Have reset Sky Q box and tv, but still occurring. To is connected to a Sony 5.1 system. Have not had any problems before. Anyone else have issues?

"No Satellite Signal" usually indicates an issue with one or more of the following: • The Dish is misaligned. • The Tuners in the sky box. • The input sockets on the Sky box. • The plugs on the cables. • The cables themselves.

Mar 4, 2024 · Have noticed that ITV1 channel 103 is no longer in HD on my main SKY Q box, but it is on the additional box I have in the bedroom. Any ideas why we have lost HD for that channel. BBC1, BBC2 are still HD, just ITV1 HD has gone.
Jun 30, 2023 · One additional feature which would put icing on the cake, would be if there is a way to get the new ITV1 cannel onto the Sky TV guide - this would allow me to setup to record future programmes. Once again many thanks.
Sep 25, 2024 · 25 Sep 2024 06:42 PM. Itv1 on my sky stream puck is asking for a subscription to watch it. All other channels are working. I have rest the puck and updated apps and is still doing it. Amazingly enough Itv1 is working fine through the old fashioned aerial. Report post.
