Nah. There's one guy who is beginning to feel like the closest we ever have to a Soule spiritual successor. People like Brad Derrick and Inon Zur can capture the bombasticness of the Elder Scrolls theme, but there's only one guy that has captured the same, almost spiritual ambience that Soule is known for. That guy's name is Borislav Slavov.

Is anyone else here really concerned about ES6 since Jeremy Soule is not working on the soundtrack? For me, such a large part of the Elder Scrolls atmosphere is the music. So many iconic pieces like Streets of Whiterun, Secunda and Far Horizons from Skyrim. Or Glory of Cyrodiil, Through the Valleys and Wings of Kynareth from Oblivion.
I'm an aspiring composer. One of my life end goals was to be on par with Jeremy Soule. That ambition feels mixed now. It's scary to think that years of building a career and a name for myself could all become null, not just for now but the rest of my life, the moment I get on someone's nerve. That is to say if the allegations were false.

There's been a long history of bad relations, even with the symphonies Jeremy Soule talked awhile about how Bethesda never worked with him (which isn't the case with Inon Zur). Even the Skyrim 10th Anniversary Concert wasn't done with Jeremy Soule. Blades was also done by Inon Zur and that was in 2018 (probably before).

Also after all the mess that went on with Mick Gordon and the Doom Eternal soundtrack, higher-ups in Bethesda might be unwilling to work with "difficult to work with composers."
