Oct 4, 2019 · Cannot see video when playing Amazon Prime Video when using HDMI. Can hear the sound. I can see the player, but no video. Tried over two days, to include computer reset. Two weeks ago did not have any issues. Can watch without issue YouTube Video. Made sure all drivers have been updated and Microsoft updates are current.

May 25, 2020 · 1080p video playback for Amazon video only works when using the original internet explorer or legacy Edge. Reinstalled Edge Chromium on my Windows 10 laptop and still no 1080p for amazon video. Netflix on Chromium Edge plays 1080p just fine --- it's just amazon video that won't play videos in full HD. Jul 6, 2020 · Try checking your display settings to ensure all monitors have the same number such as 100% for the menu that says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". This should be configured on the person who's seeing black screen. Hope this helps.
Aug 29, 2020 · This file system allows only files smaller 4GB. You need to move all files still stored on the medium to a safe place then reformat using Exfat or NTFS.
