When I contacted support they seem send an email that it might be a rooted/jailbroken device. But it's just the regular Google Pixel 6 with Android 13.
Oct 27, 2023 · I cannot login to my partners.uber.com account from my laptop or I-Pad either, or the UBER driver and rider app from my I-Pad, so, the problem is not in any of my devices, it is with UBER somewhere in my account. I cannot login to my driver or pax account from my cell, so, no UBER rides for me as well. Odd that.....

I find any device larger than phablets too distracting or take up too much real estate on the dash. I guess I could use it to check local rider vs driver but the way I drive I don't really have a use for that.

I just tried to login to the Rider account, so I could close it. But instead I got another infuriating "something went wrong" message, which referred me to UBER support, which hasn't been supportive.

Now I wanted to go back and login to the app but its connected to my previous number which I haven't got access to because I've changed numbers.

Make sure all documents have been submitted and approved. Open app, hamburger menu button, account, documents. Everything should be green with a check mark.
