On March 26, 2019, Stephen Davis announced that Hasbro Studios would be rebranded as "Allspark" to correspond with the pre-existing Allspark Pictures and Allspark Animation divisions. Following Hasbro's acquisition of Entertainment One on December 30, 2019, Allspark was absorbed into eOne in October 2020.
