  3. Apr 20, 2017 · There will always be elements of Syd Barrett in Robyn Hitchcock, like how Townes Van Zandt was to Steve Earle or Chuck Berry was to John Lennon, like an absolutely primal force. I think he was up there with Dylan and Beatles in terms of the talent and I loved it.
