    To integrate domains of stress physiology, sleep, breathing and mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs), and related areas of clinical health psychology to improve our understanding of stress and wellness. Currently, my research focuses on insomnia, the associated stress and disease risk, and impact of MBIs on sleep physiology.
