Preben Philipsen (18 January 1910 – 21 September 2005) was a Danish film producer. He produced 41 films between 1949 and 1975, and co-founded Constantin Film with Waldfried Barthel [ de ] in 1950.

Rialto Film Entertainment is a Scandinavian Distribution company. The original Danish Rialto Film company is one of the oldest film companies in the world. It was founded in 1897 by Constantin Philipsen who also opened the first real cinema “Kosmorama” in Denmark in 1904.
