Stipe Delić (23 June 1925 – 1 April 1999) was a Croatian film director. His 1973 film The Battle of Sutjeska was entered into the 8th Moscow International Film Festival where it won a Special Prize.
Stipe Delic was born on 23 June 1925 in Makarska, Croatia, Yugoslavia [now Croatia]. He was an assistant director and director, known for The Battle of Sutjeska (1973), Il capitano di ferro (1962) and Suleiman the Conqueror (1961). He died on 1 April 1999 in Zagreb, Croatia.

Battle of Sutjeska (also known as The Fifth Offensive) is a 1973 Yugoslav partisan film directed by Stipe Delić. It tells the story of the famous Battle of Sutjeska, the greatest engagement of the Yugoslav Partisan War. The film is one of the most expensive ever made in Yugoslavia.
Stipe Delić (Makarska, 23. lipnja 1925. – Zagreb, 1. travnja 1999.) je bio hrvatski filmski redatelj. Delićev film iz 1973. Sutjeska ušao je u konkurenciju za nagradu na 8. Moskovski međunarodni filmski festival gdje je osvojio posebnu nagradu. U filmskoj umjetnosti bio je aktivan od 1955. do 1982. godine.

DELIĆ, Stipe, filmski i televizijski redatelj (Makarska, 23. VI. 1925). Gimnaziju završio u Splitu 1944, potom odlazi u partizane. Diplomiravši na Višoj pedagoškoj školi u Splitu, 1953. dolazi u Zagreb, gdje je najprije nastavnik, a zatim se posvećuje filmu.
