Our request to our hotel concierge of ANYTHING in Montreal needed to meet our criteria: Local, non-tourist, new, the perfect feel for Montreal, young, hip, swanky but not snobby, and fair priced - but not cheap.

Wearing a mask is mandatory to enter the restaurant and move inside as well. We are happy to make tentative reservations for the 2021 holiday season.

274. 30/10/2017. 10 photos. Nous sommes aller à la Fabrique dans le cadre d'un brunch avec des amis. Ce brunch est très bien situé. Pour ma part j'ai prit le pancake (qui ressemblait plus à des muffins) avec purée de pomme, cheddar, œuf mollet et sirop d'érable avec un supplément bacon à 3$.
