Green was made captain of the side in the summer of 2020 and made a total of 15 appearances for Spurs last season – scoring once and helping the team to a fifth-place finish in the WSL. Prior to joining the North London outfit, Green progressed through the youth ranks of Watford, making her senior debut for the Hornets during the 2010/11 FA Women's National League season.
