Dāvis Bertāns (born 12 November 1992) is a Latvian professional basketball player who last played for the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nicknamed the " Latvian Laser ", [1] he also represents the Latvian national team. He was the 42nd pick in the 2011 NBA draft by the Indiana Pacers .
