    Scarborough Fair Herb Bread
    Taste of Home
Our dinner group hosted a meal with the theme of Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme, which are mentioned in Simon & Garfunkel's "Scarborough Fair" song. Those herbs fabulously flavor this delightful bread.—Laurel Leslie, Sonora, California
Celery Herb Stuffing and Savory Chicken

I taught my children this recipe by singing along to Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel: Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme, great herb stuffing seasonings. If you can get savory from the Atlantic provinces to green your chicken; it would be the best. My father was a Newfoundlander and swore by their savory.
    Seedy Crispbread

Knäckebröd is a staple for Swedish breakfast. This recipe was inspired by Nordic Light cookbook by Simon Bajada. I changed the temperature as well as the liquid ingredients, which made it a bit crispier and a touch of tang.
    Caramelized Pineapple Sundaes with Coconut
    Food and Wine

Intrigued by a packet of fresh poultry herbs I found at the store, this recipe uses Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme (which reminded me of the Simon and Garfunkel song, inspiring the name for this soup). Aside from the bouillon, there is no added salt needed, as the flavor is lovely without it.

This traditional British dish has cauliflower that is steamed till soft but I brought it an other level and roasted it first. Using Recipe #106251 PLEASE PLEASE don't eat the roasted cauliflower before making the final dish. You may want to double the roasting part so you and anyone the inhales the aroma from the kitchen can munch on it, till the final product is done. Don't stop at rosemary! if you enjoy herbs as I do, do add all 4 parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme as Simon & Garfunkel sang....
