Henry Payne “Hank” Iba (/ ˈ aɪ b ə /; August 6, 1904 – January 15, 1993) was an American basketball coach and college athletics administrator.
Henry P. “Hank” Iba is considered one of the best basketball coaches of all time. As a three-time leader of the U.S. Olympic Men’s Basketball Team, Iba is the only coach in history to win two Olympic gold medals.

Jan 16, 1993 · Henry P. Iba, one of the nation's most remarkable and successful basketball coaches, died early Friday in a Stillwater hospital. Iba, whose health had been failing in recent months, was admitted to Stillwater Medical Center on Wednesday and died of heart failure at 1:30 a.m. Friday, a spokesman said. Iba was 88.
