Faces of Death (later re-released as The Original Faces of Death) is a 1978 American mondo horror film written and directed by John Alan Schwartz, credited under the pseudonyms "Conan Le Cilaire" and "Alan Black" respectively.
Coming from a 17 year old dutch morrocan guy, this is awesome, never seen anything alike! This is a mix of dramatization and real clips. It's posed as a documentary about the nature of death and man's relationship with death, but the real intent is to shock and gross out the viewer.
