Leung Yiu-chung (Chinese: 梁耀忠, born 19 May 1953) is a Hong Kong politician. He is a member of the pro-labour Neighbourhood and Worker's Service Centre, which is a part of the pan-democracy camp. He has had a long-standing tenure as a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
梁耀忠（英語： Leung Yiu-chung ；1953年5月19日 — ），又稱阿忠 、白頭佬 ，廣東 中山人，出生及成長於香港，前任香港立法會 區議會（第二）功能界別議員，曾任香港 葵青區議會 葵芳選區議員長達36年。街坊工友服務處執行監督，香港泛民主派人士。
