Nicole (3 October 1608 – 2 February 1657) was reigning Duchess of Lorraine and Bar from 1 August 1624 to 21 November 1625, and duchess consort of Lorraine in 1625–1634. She was born in Nancy, the daughter of Henry II, Duke of Lorraine and Bar, and Margherita Gonzaga.

Nicole of Lorraine was born around 1608 into the ruling family of the duchy of Lorraine, a large province on the border of France and modern Germany. She was her father's only surviving child on his death in 1624 and succeeded him as ruler, but she had little chance to establish a regime.

Nicole de Lorraine, Duchess regnant of Lorraine, Duchess regnant of Bar, was born 3 October 1608 in Nancy, France to Henri II de Lorraine (1563-1624) and Margherita Gonzaga (1591-1632) and died 2 February 1657 Paris, France of unspecified causes.
Career. She died in Paris. They had no children. His situation was complicated by the death of Henry II, 31 July 1624. She thereby became duchess of Lorraine. In November 1625, Francis, Count of Vaudémont, based on the "testament" of Rene II, claimed the duchy.
