Subway Academy II is a public alternative high school in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located on the third floor of Beverley Public School, an elementary school for disabled children.
Subway Academy II's mission is to enable students to achieve success and independence through personalized learning experiences. Flexible, one-on-one or small group learning sessions replace classroom structures.
History of Subway II. Subway Academy II opened in April 1976 with fifteen students and two teachers at 296 Brunswick Avenue. In September 1976 enrollment grew to sixty students. For five years Subway II co-existed with The Three Schools until we moved to 304 Brunswick.
