Feb 9, 2021 · Create a nicely formatted training plan grid! When I do this for myself, I actually get a big piece of plain white paper (I use the legal size of 9x14, but a regular sheet of 9x11 computer paper works great too!), and make myself a mock calendar: one row for each week, and then 7 boxes for the days.
