About me: Credentials: M.A., RYT200, RCC #20423. My name is Emily Jane Schmitt. I am a White, queer and cisgendered woman living as an uninvited guest on Vancouver Island, home of the Songhees, Esquimalt, WS’ANEC, and Lekwugen-speaking peoples.
Therapy services for adults, or youth aged 12-18. Available online and in-person. I strive to provide a space that feels welcoming and comfortable. I use an integrated therapy approach to address issues like low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and grief.
