directions. Preheat oven to 350°F. Reserve 3/4 cup apple filling, and set aside. Spoon remaining apple filling into the crust. Beat together in large bowl, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, eggs. Pour over pie filling.
In a small bowl stir together chopped apples, remaining 2 TB sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Streusel topping. Bake 30 mins or til filling is set. Drizzle with Caramel Topping.
