    Fall Spritz
    Bon Appetit
No punch bowls, big-batching, or complicated mixology for your holiday cocktail. Our spritz recipe is so simple—one part amaro to four parts hard cider—that guests can make it themselves (you've got plenty to do elsewhere). Simply set out both bottles with glasses and a bucket of ice; they can handle the rest.
    Pink Cadillac
    Food.com
This is my favorite version of the popular Pink Cadillac cocktail, which is how it's served at my favorite bar in downtown Seattle. The bar doesn't really give out their mixology secrets. But I found the recipe recently, so I clipped it so that I'd have it available for those occasions when I might want to make a Pink Cadillace cocktail at home.

All bourbons combine corn and other grains. Mixology consultant Josh Durr prefers this cocktail with a high-rye bourbon (one made with more rye), creating a bolder and spicier flavor. Plus:  More Cocktail Recipes
    Evergreen Swizzle
    Food and Wine
Instead of making cocktails one at a time, borrow a mixology trend: Premix them in batches and serve in small bottles. This aromatic cocktail is made with gin, Yellow Chartreuse, pine liqueur and fresh lime juice. Plus:  Great Cocktail Recipes

I created this recipe a year ago, for Mixology Monday, a themed monthly online cocktail party: http://mixologymonday.com/. The theme for which I created this drink was to spin a classic cocktail into a new direction, and for this drink, I chose to adapt the margarita. The result was perhaps a little bizarre, but it was very tasty. You can visit my blog for a longer explanation of the thought process behind this combination of flavors: http://www.adashofbitters.com/2009/04/13/mixology-monday-a-simple-twist-of-great/ - adashofbitters
    Nuclear Ice Tea

This is a refreshing summer drink that has a wonderful flavor from the mix of ingredients. I know you'll love it. I can't recall where I first found this recipe, but it's included on just about all the major bartending and mixology sites. So maybe I found it on one of those sites.
