The Royal Air Force College (RAFC) is the Royal Air Force academy which provides initial training to all RAF personnel who are preparing to become commissioned officers. The College also provides initial training to aircrew cadets and is responsible for all RAF recruiting along with officer and aircrew selection.
RAFC Cranwell is in Lincolnshire, off the A17 between Sleaford and Newark. The postcode for route planning is NG34 8HB. You are to arrive between 1800 hrs and 2300 hrs on Day Zero. You must first report to the Main Guardroom, just off Cranwell Avenue13, with these JIs and photographic identification to receive your cadet ID card and car pass.
