Stourpaine (/ s t aʊər ˈ p eɪ n /) is a village and civil parish in the ceremonial county of Dorset in southern England. It is situated in the valley of the River Stour in the Dorset administrative district, three miles (five kilometres) northwest of Blandford Forum.

Stourpaine is our village in the Blackmore Vale. Centrally-placed in North Dorset, we see many holidaymakers pass us by who are then missing the surrounding countryside in its many-seasoned splendour. We straddle two Areas of Outstanding National Beauty: Dorset AONB and the Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire Downs AONB.
