Basketball - Boys. The STARS Boys Basketball Program competes in the Tri-Metro Conference and will be in Section 6AAA for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years. AHA typically offers four levels of participation - Varsity, JV, B-Squad, and C-Squad.
Basketball - Girls. The STARS Girls Basketball Program competes in the Tri-Metro Conference and will be in Section 6AAA for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 school years. The team has advanced to the state tournament six times in the past eight seasons, winning the State Championship in 2016.
