Will Gerard (Nicolas Cage) is an unassuming high school teacher in New Orleans. One night, his wife Laura (January Jones) is brutally raped. At the hospital, Simon (Guy Pearce) claims to represent a few citizen seeking justice. He's willing to seek justice for Will in exchange for some favors.
Critical reception. Seeking Justice has received mixed reviews from critics. As of July 2020, the film holds a 28% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 79 reviews with an average rating of 4.52/10.
