Just finished watching the first episode of Season 9, The Best of Enemies. It's always been one of my favorite episodes that show the side of Hawkeye that i appreciate the most. Through all the lusty adventures, pranks, depression, drinking, and wishing a swift end to the war, underneath he has a heart of gold and wants to do well in the world.
