Casper is an open-response situational judgment test that measures aspects of your social intelligence and professionalism, like ethics, empathy, problem-solving and collaboration. 90-110 minutes to complete. Video and typed responses to 14 scenarios. Scored by highly trained human raters. Scores are sent to programs within 2-3 weeks.
