Sep 11, 2015 · Hike to lake is not an insignificant change in elevation but not steep. Trail hugs the lake in places and you get beautiful views of the lake. Plan about 3 hours. Previous reviewer mentioned hiking sticks; other hikers have left their walking sticks at the entrance for hikers to use.
