Feb 2, 2017 · Lost in the Pacific is a sci-fi thriller about a giant airliner on it’s inaugural flight that ends up a disaster, in more ways than one. A mainstay of B-movie fodder is the beloved creature feature, once a drive-in staple that became filler for DVD bins and now cheap VOD rentals.
Lost in the Pacific stars Brandon Routh and Russell Wong, it is written and directed by a newcomer Vincent Zhou. Zhao has got another feature under his belt by the name of Last Flight, which is also set inside a plane during a freak electric storm.
Lost in the Pacific (simplified Chinese: 蒸发太平洋; traditional Chinese: 蒸發太平洋; pinyin: Zhēngfā Tàipíng Yáng) is a 2016 Chinese action film starring Brandon Routh and Zhang Yuqi. It is the sequel of the 2014 film Last Flight. Filming took place in Spring 2015 at Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios in Malaysia.
May 17, 2016 · When a freak storm forces the captain (Zhang Yuqi) to make an emergency landing on a deserted island in the Pacific, the plane is attacked by a pack of mutant red-eyed cats, as well as two shady paramilitaries (Bernice Liu and Kaiwi Lyman) who quickly take command and redirect the flight towards a mysterious aircraft carrier.
