Entry requirements are based on your prior study and we provide specific requirements for qualifications our international students have most frequently achieved. There are additional entry requirements for some programmes and these vary depending on the programme you are applying for.

Entry to a University of Auckland Bachelor’s degree requires completion of the Foundation Studies Certificate and the required minimum GPA and EAP score as listed above. Age restriction: Students must be 17 years old to be eligible for entry.
Entry to a University of Auckland Bachelor’s degree requires completion of the Tertiary Foundation Certificate with the minimum GPA, plus completion of the required pathway and subject(s) as relevant. Any additional programme requirements must also be met.
Entry to a University of Auckland Bachelor’s degree requires completion of the University of Auckland Certificate in Foundation Studies and the required minimum GPA and EAP score as listed above. NOTES: 1 GPA includes all subjects taken except English (EAP).
