Luffy can MAYBE beat Naruto. I think one piece just has better speed feats so luffy may take it that way, but even then i still give it to Naruto like 6/10 times extreme dif. Luffy gets folded by most gokus. I could see Luffy vs 22nd WT goku, maybe DPK arc. anything after is a stomp.

Current Goku wins all rounds and would probably only need Super Saiyan 1 at MOST. Not even sure why Luffy is here. I've heard incredible Naruto Wank for sure but Luffy is getting humiliated for just showing up.
