  2. In a vacuum I think I prefer the English dub because Sean I think gives goku a more appropriate voice. I also watched Z in only the English dub. That said, I watched super in only the sub (due to availability) and think the Japanese cast is really awesome too.

  3. In the manga, Trunks' SS2 form at full power was said to match Goku's SS3, meaning Trunks' base form is roughly 4x stronger than Goku's at the start of the Black arc (which makes no damn sense, but that's using the SS multipliers).

  4. I only watched Dragon Ball Z when it was dubbed on Toonami and never subbed. I've watched ever episode of Super and Goku seems like a completely different character. Has Goku always been like this and the dubbed version is more serious?
