May 6, 2020 · Tulisa Contostavlos was the youngest X factor judge judge during her time on the show in 2011 and 2012. Heart Little Mix went on to be one of the most successful groups to ever win the competition. But outspoken Tulisa appeared to lack chemistry with the other judges and later left the show.

The original judging panel consisted of Cowell, Paula Abdul, Cheryl Cole, and L.A. Reid, with Nicole Scherzinger and Steve Jones as co-hosts. Scherzinger would later replace Cole on the judging panel after two audition sites.
