The player wishes to gain access to The Passage going between Troms and the Pigmen's Ravine, but only citizens of Troms are allowed through. To become a citizen, the player must enter and complete the Tribal Sanctuary Boss Altar for Ildan.

These are meant to be done by multiple people.If you already have one or more Antic Beads from doing the boss altar before, you do not actually need to complete the boss altar again; instead, you can simply give one to Ildanto finish the quest.For a straight forward plan of attack, use meteors early to nuke healers and finish them off early. Then for the boss, use ice snake to slow it down, and use meteors to deal heavy damage. Personally, I like to keep ~6-7 mana at least to have around 2 tp usages if I need to dodge in a pinch.
The Passage is a short level 57 quest starting in Troms. This quest teaches the player about Boss Altars, and how to use them.
The Passage is a tunnel connecting Troms with Pigmen's Ravines. Many high-level players use The Passage to quickly get from Troms to Ragni, because Ragni is close to Pigmen's Ravines where The Passage leads. In order to gain access to The Passage the player must first complete The Passage quest.
