Patient Connect is an online tool that gives patients and families access to their health care information, health records, appointments, and notes from clinical visits 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Southlake Regional Health Centre is a full-service hospital with a regional focus. Southlake offers over 400 patient beds and accommodates more than 90,000 visits to the Emergency Department, 22,000 in-patient admissions, and 600,000 out-patient visits each year.
We are always looking to ensure a safe environment for everyone at Southlake. We understand how important visitors are to patients and the role they play in their recovery. Generally, visiting hours are between 11 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. with exceptions for Mental Health and Emergency (see details below).
