Aldershot School is a grade 7–12 school located in Burlington, Ontario. Although the current school building was constructed in 1959-1960 and opened in 1961, the original Aldershot School was built in 1870, making the name the oldest in continual use for an educational institution in Halton.

Through a recent virtual presentation, Grade 9 students in the HDSB’s I-STEM program at Aldershot High School impressed City of Burlington officials and staff by offering engineering ideas to prevent ongoing erosion of the West Aldershot Creek that is adjacent to their school.

Program Overview. Students will contribute and thrive in a technologically intensive environment through interdisciplinary learning opportunities connecting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
