Aug 21, 2019 · Like Stevenage and Harlow, Hemel Hempstead is a town of two halves. There is the historic Old Town and the newer town. The High Street in Hemel has lots of nice little pubs and shops and some nice old buildings if you are a fan of historic architecture.
