This annual impact report is a short one as we’ve shifted our fiscal year-end from August 31 to March 31. But there’s still a lot to report. Between August and March, we opened homes to support 84 more people in London and Hamilton. In December we surpassed 1,000 homes!

Founded in 1970, Indwell Community Homes (Indwell) is a Christian charity that creates affordable and supportive housing across southern Ontario. Indwell serves those struggling with finances, health, wellness, and belonging.
Indwell’s origins can be traced back to the early 1970s when Siny Prinzen and her late husband John identified a pressing need within local churches to support vulnerable adults dealing with mental health issues.
Mar 9, 2020 · Indwell is planning to break ground this spring on its second London property at the corner of Dundas and English Street in London’s Old East Village. Scheduled to open early 2022, it includes 72 one and two-bedroom apartments at deeply affordable rents, along with commercial space on the ground floor.
