The Bern University of the Arts (German: Hochschule der Künste Bern) is an art school with locations in Bern and Biel/Bienne. It was created in 2003 from the merger of the University of Music and Theatre and the School of Design, Art and Conservation.
SINTA is a unique Swiss artistic-design and scientific doctoral program of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Bern and the Bern University of the Arts HKB. SINTA fosters innovative dissertation projects at the interface between art and science.
