Sep 24, 2019 · I received 51 iMessage messages from a friend of mine over the course of 67 minutes. This apparently caused the battery life of my iPhone 6S to go from 50% to 8%. Obviously pretty inconvenient. I've never seen this kind of battery drop from just receiving some messages with previous versions of iOS.
I'll copy some of the text from the previous guide seeing as most steps are identical. This is what you'll need to replace your iPhone 6 Plus battery: - Phillips PH00/PH000 screwdriver (for internal screws) - Pentalobe screwdriver (for the two bottom screws) - Tweezers. - Suction cup.
