Jun 3, 2024 · All annual licence renewal declarations and payments are done via the online portal. Sign into the Insurance Council's online portal. Complete the annual licence renewal declarations and pay your fee with Visa, Mastercard, or Interac Online debit.
Log into your portal account using your user name and password. After logging in, click on CE Self-Tracker located under the heading Manage my Continuing Education. Follow the step-by-step guide on how to use the Self-Tracker.
After you have completed the registration, please allow up to three business days for the Insurance Council to review your registration. You will receive an email with any outstanding requirements or when you can log back into the portal to complete the next steps.

Registration for the LLQP exam is available through the Insurance Council's online portal. To access exam registration, you will need to login with a portal account. If you already have a portal account, or have previously written the LLQP exam in BC, you can log into the portal with your user name and password.
