  1. Jeffrey Katzenberg (/ ˈ k æ t s ən ˌ b ɜːr ɡ /; born December 21, 1950) is an American media proprietor and film producer. He was the chairman of Walt Disney Studios from 1984 to 1994, a position in which he oversaw production and business operations for the company's feature films.
