Nov 11, 2008 · Try S Quests, that's the best chance you'll get the Hunting Horn. Vrooms and Pit Fiends drop them but its a rare drop. Or Synthesize the Hunting Horn from a Horn.

one of the horns you get can synth it but i am not sure which. I've synthed a couple of them i even got a few from different quests (i've noticed the recived items are random and can change.)

I know that Twisted Horns can be dropped pretty easily if you go and train at a spot where there is just one Manticore. Go do a Volcanic Cave mission, and fight a Manticore.
